Lamb Chops in 10 minutes

We love this easy Lamb Chop Recipe not only is it an amazing dinner, but it can also be displayed perfectly when you’re having people over. Want to look fancy? Whip up these guys in 10 minutes.

Here’s what you’ll need:

  • Lamb Chops
  • Organic Honey
  • Dijon Mustard
  • Lemon
  • Herb de Provence
  • Balsamic Vinegar
  • Salt and Pepper
  • Rosemary
  • Butter
  • Olive oil

Start by Combing the honey, dijon mustard, balsamic vinegar, olive oil,  salt and pepper and herbs de provence in a bowl of your choice. ( we like to use equal 1/3 cups for honey and balsamic, 1/4 cup for dijon mustard) Place lamb chops in baking dish and cover with marinade. (If your lamb chops have any fat on them i suggest removing it) Let sit 40 minutes, turning half way through. When ready to cook heat butter, lemon slices and rosemary on high heat. When butter starts to sizzle place lamb chops in high heated pan. Leave them for 5 minutes in high heated pan (DO NOT TURN) after 5 minutes is up turn heat to medium low. Cook an additional 2.5-3 minutes on each side for medium center.
