The Effects Of Music On The Brain

A study shows listening to music can drown out our brain’s cries of fatigue.

Not only can we push through the pain to exercise longer and harder when we listen to music, but it can actually help us to use our energy more efficiently.

It’s because it’s working… So it’s a really good thing to use, right?

We recommend to use Tabata circuits in our eBook: you can get an exhausting workout from anywhere in a matter of minutes rather than devoting hours at the gym.

But there is an issue : keeping track of your interval time.

Unless there is a clock right in front of you at all time, you’ll get a bit frustrated. It’s almost impossible to properly perform exercises while always looking at your watch.

There are some Tabata timers on the market, but why turn off your music to hear a buzzer when you don’t have to?

The good thing is that “Tabata songs” created some great songs specifically designed for our 20/10 sec Tabata intervals. The songs will tell you “1, 2, 3 GO!” and “1, 2, 3 REST!”
